Self-Care Plans
Village Member BenefitWellness Support Through Day 7
The Village believes that sustainable leadership requires sustainable wellbeing. Too often, nonprofit leaders, changemakers, and community builders spend their time caring for others while putting their own needs last. Over time, that imbalance can affect our energy, relationships, creativity, and ability to lead for the long haul.
That's why we have partnered with Day 7 to expand access to personalized wellness support for members of our community.
Through this partnership, participants will work with Day 7 to create an individualized self-care plan centered on their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Participants may also receive wellness support that can be used toward approved services and experiences that help them rest, heal, recover, and thrive. Whether that looks like therapy, coaching, fitness, massage, spiritual direction, wellness experiences, or another form of care, the goal is the same: supporting the whole person behind the work. This partnership reflects our belief that wellness is not a luxury or a reward for working hard enough. It is part of the infrastructure that helps leaders, organizations, and communities flourish.
Together, The Village and Day 7 are investing in the people who invest in all of us.
