Caring for the people who care for everyone else.
You spend your days holding space for communities, navigating uncertainty, solving problems, and showing up for others. Too often, there is too little space to process the impact of carrying all that responsibility.
Sign up for Heal the Healer, a wellness cohort designed for executive directors, managers, and nonprofit leaders in the Village who are ready to invest in their own wellbeing with the same intention they bring to their work.
From July to December 2026, you will engage in a retreat, wellness experiences, reflection practices, and community-centered healing opportunities designed to support restoration, connection, and sustainable leadership.

What to Expect
Facilitated Retreats (September and November)
Small group sessions for decision makers and those navigating the unique challenges of leading teams while also being responsible for implementation, execution, and organizational culture.
Together, we will explore the realities of leadership fatigue, the importance of boundaries and support systems, and what it means to lead from a place of wellness rather than depletion. We’ll also explore strategies for restoration, reflection, and sustainable leadership.
Reflection Through Story
Throughout the cohort, you will have opportunities to share video or audio reflections documenting insights, celebrate breakthroughs, name challenges, and capture what healing looks like in real time. Your reflections help tell the story of the journey while allowing participants to witness their own growth.
Closing Circle (December)
Large group session to reflect on our experiences, revisit wellness goals, share lessons learned, and identify practices we will carry forward.

Heal the Healer is an opportunity to begin, deepen, or recommit to that practice alongside a community of people who understand the work and the weight of carrying it.
Join us to pause, reflect, reconnect with yourself, and explore what wellness looks like in this season of your life and leadership.
