Exploring Dimensions of Identity: Identity Circle

$0.00

What do you carry with you when you walk into a room?

The Identity Circle is a guided reflection tool designed to help you explore the identities, experiences, roles, and communities that shape how you understand yourself and interact with others.

You'll map the dimensions of identity that feel most central to who you are, those that matter but may not always be top of mind, and those you rarely think about or name. Then, you'll use reflection prompts to consider how those identities influence the way you communicate, respond to authority, navigate professional and interpersonal relationships, and encounter people whose experiences differ from your own.

There are no right answers and nothing you have to disclose. This isn't about putting yourself into boxes. It's about getting curious about what you carry into the room and noticing something you may not have noticed before.

Part of The Village's Reframing & Reclaiming Professionalism series. For more information and inspiration, watch episode 1, Emotional Intelligence.
